With a mission to help ideas become successful business ventures, the Business Incubator Novi Sad assists young companies as they find their way to the market. Their focus is on supporting knowledge-based projects and emerging technologies with the potential for high scalability, focusing on teams in the IT and creative industries. Mentors and consultants guide entrepreneurs through the process of defining their business concept, from defining markets and product attributes to creating a business exit strategy, offering advice and assistance on the path to becoming a successful business. The incubator also offers training and workshops, bookkeeping and legal advisory services, support accessing funding, networking, connecting with university researchers, connecting with potential strategic partners and finding new employees.
The Innovation Center “Skolkovo” (“Russian Silicon Valley”) is a modern scientific and technological innovation complex being built in Moscow for the development and commercialization of new technologies. It is the first in the post-Soviet era Russian science city built “from scratch”. The campus of Moscow School of Management “Skolkovo” is located nearby. The complex will provide special economic conditions for companies operating in the priority sectors of the modernization of the Russian economy: telecommunications, space, biomedical technology, energy efficiency, information technology, and nuclear technology. The scientific director of the complex is a Nobel Prize winner Jaures Alferov.
The Global Think-Tank Network (GTTN) is an international public policy research, analysis and advocacy initiative that seeks to bring together Pakistan’s thought leadership on one platform for linking up with global intellectual excellence. GTTN aspires to play a meaningful role to help solve national, regional, and global problems through creating globally competitive knowledge for development, poverty reduction, economic growth, social inclusion etc. We promote a multidisciplinary understanding of contemporary events. This approach is aimed at facilitating flows of ideas and insights that can prove crucial for a consensus-based policy-making at the three levels on which ideas circulate. Collaborative gathering, analysis, and interpretation of information are the distinct ways of our engagement with the world at large.
Hungary Euro-Conti Science Technology Innovation Park，as Euro-Conti STI Park shortly,the project developer : Euro-Conti Park Invest & Trade Kft. already invest 2 park base in Hungary,with project land over 62,097+50,000sqm,and office and bussiness building around 15,000sqm and Jointly with University of Pannonia set up Euro-Conti Pannonia Joint Research &Development Technology Transfer Center. In the last year from the project initial, Euro-Conti STI Park Team work actively to setup cooperation partnership not only with STI organization of China side,but also with Central European Universities and Enterprises .Up now,successfully signed cooperation in 2018. Nov ,to set up Joint Technology Transfer Center with Anhui Province Science and Technology Department of China,and in 2019. Jul 3, we also set up strategy cooperation relationship with CAS Innovation Corp. CAS , sshortly refer to China Academy of Science ,And signed agreement with their Chengdu Suining Branch Company. Euro-Conti STI Park focuses on the technological innovation and industrial development needs of the Chinese and European markets, creating a two-way service base platform and becoming a distinctive industrial and technological innovation cooperation park in Central and Eastern Europe. We devote to build up the STI eco-system of Base+Tech+Capital driving,to promote and contribute to the cooperation of China and Hungary .
Thailand Science Park (TSP), the country’s first science and technology park, established its first phase in 2002 with the mission to promote innovation development and R&D activities in the private sector. The Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO) is an autonomous public agency affiliated to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. NXPO serves as the secretariat of the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (Policy Council) and is, therefore, responsible for facilitating the Policy Council in formulating, deploying and monitoring national policy addressing higher education, science, research and innovation under the guidance and instruction of the Policy Council. To effectively deploy the policy, NXPO is in charge of designing strategies and measures, proposing law and regulation amendments, and establishing, maintaining and allowing public access of integrated databases of higher education, science, research and innovation. NXPO was first founded in 2008 as the National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office (STI Office). As a result of the establishment of the new Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) in May 2019, the role of STI Office has been expanded to encompass policy of higher education, science, research and innovation and the organization was renamed the Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO).
The main mission of the Khon Kaen University Science park is to expand regional development and to nurture and develop the capacity of the industrial sector and the regional private sector by establishing linkages between the government sector, the private sector and the education sector. In addition, our tasks include developing scientific and technological infrastructure for human resources, supporting research and development, activating innovation and promoting the transfer of technology and knowledge to regional and local levels. The science Park is also a complementary place for education, industry and government to work together to focus on research, technology and innovation, with the aim of increasing product value and enhancing the competitiveness of the private sector to contribute to local and national economic and quality of life development.
Science Technology Park Belgrade (STP Belgrade) supports startups and growing companies in the development and commercialisation of innovative products and services. Established through partnership between the Government of the Republic of Serbia (on behalf of the Government, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development), the City of Belgrade and the University of Belgrade, with the support of the Swiss Government, drawing on best international practices, Science Technology Park Belgrade is a point where businesses, science and institutions converge and interact. With its activities, programs and services, STP Belgrade has a key impact in shaping the development of Serbia’s innovation ecosystem.
Inaugurated in 2019, NSTP is Pakistan’s first Science and Technology Park and Hi-Tech Special Economic Zone (SEZ) that promotes research, innovation, technology development and commercialization by facilitating cross-fertilization and cooperation between various stakeholders including but not limited to research centres, universities, industry, communities and government. STeP Sci&Tech Park（CMU）provides inclusive platforms which connect academic sector, private sector, government sector, and community sector to develop their products, processes, and services using science, technology, and innovation. The Northern Science Park (NSP) is one of the projects under the “Regional Science Park” (RSP) program, launched by Science Park Promotion Agency (SPA), Thai Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) in 2012. The NSP is one of three regional science parks in Thailand. Northern Science Park has been operated by STeP and other six networked-universities in Northern Thailand since 2013 under the support from Ministry of Science and Technology’s Science Park Promotion Agency (SPA). We aim to stimulate the creation of new technology businesses and be the linkage to build the ecosystem to promote innovation development between academy, government and private sector.
Science technology park Čačak has been established to enable collaboration between industry, science and research through the development of new ideas in order to increase the competitiveness of the regional economy. Science and technology park Čačak provides the infrastructure, management and technical assistance to innovative startup businesses, enabling them further growing and development through professional support and technology transfer from academic and research sector.
Valjevo Business incubator provides all necessary resources and creative environment for the development of business ideas, mainly in the field of IT. It is located in a part of a building of the Faculty, thus students have the opportunity to be close to this creative space, to use it and to articulate ideas that can be developed and supported by the incubator. It provides numbers of implemented activities in collaboration with stakeholders and regional companies and project-based activities and achievements.
Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park (HHTP) is the earliest approved technology park in Vietnam with the strongest comprehensive strength. It is operated by the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Committee. The park is located on the outskirts of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, with a basic transportation network built around it, as well as industrial parks, ethnic cultural parks, ecological zones and other areas, which have relatively good location advantages. The park covers an area of 1586 hectares, divided into 7 main functional areas: software park, R&D area, high-tech industrial area, education and training area, central area, service area, and entertainment and sports area.
University of Tehran Science & Technology Park began operations in part of the University’s Printing and Publishing Institute, renovating an old building and warehouse site. Since its foundation in 2005, the park has supported more than 500 companies and created over 2100 knowledge-based jobs. It is now based on the university’s North Campus. Tehran University Science and Technology Park seeks to create a complete system of innovation from the university to local, national, regional and international markets and to develop knowledge-based companies at the University of Tehran. The park works to train a new generation of ethical industrialists and tech experts, committed to quality and developing a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation. Services at the park include an Office of Technology Transfer that helps owners of ideas and technology to enter into negotiations and cooperation with industries and investors, and introduces new technologies to industries and investors. It also runs a business clinic where professors and consultants help companies, creative people and entrepreneurs to develop their products and services and improve their business skills. Main sectors are Biotechnology, Electronics, ICT & Communications, Mechanics, Subassemblies, Components, Micromachines and Nanotechnology
Sofia Tech Park is the first science and technology park in Bulgaria, created with the aim to be established as a platform for exchange of knowledge and ideas between the academic field, the business, the government and the society. The priorities for the development and the activities of Sofia Tech Park are information and communication technologies, life science, green energy, education, entrepreneurship, innovation, technologies, support of start-ups. The science and technology park is built with the financial aid provided by the Operational Program Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013 and the Operational Program Development and Competitiveness 2014-2020.

UGM STP is Science Techno Park Based University that was established 2015 with the purpose is to Enhance Productivity Based on Research and Innovation to Support the Learning Processing Synergy with the Industry and the Government. The STP is located in a 16,000 m2 area, divided into three sub-areas for manufacturing herbal medicines, medical devices, as well as healthy food and technology.
Innovation Park Muscat is Oman’s newest and most ambitious science and technology development. It is one of the major initiatives by The Research Council (TRC) aimed at encouraging scientific research, innovation and activate collaboration between the academic, private and the diverse industry sectors of local and international communities. IPM seeks to provide and enable a healthy milieu for researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs by providing them with the services that help them to develop their soft skills and focus on scientific research. It also strives to build on their ability to utilize knowledge, develop products based on scientific research, and turn ideas into commercial products. This will promote and contribute to the efforts made by the government to diversify sources of national economy.
