Mr. RuiJing Qu, the chief adviser of BoYa said, because China does not have a clear standard on carbon field for imported minerals, those minerals with low purity will be determined as solid waste when importing to China. BoYa want to design a series of index and standards to let the minerals be able to be imported. This is also a good way to promote cooperation between China and Brazil, since Brazil is a mineral exporting country.
